I’m a bilingual wellness coach and mental health counseling graduate student with deep caregiving experience—supporting children, caring for my grandmother with Alzheimer’s, and assisting my aunt with degenerative MS. I use a holistic, person-centered approach to empower clients—especially women and the Latino community—to build resilience and embrace wellness.
