Yet, happiness influences every other part of our lives. Join us for The Vital Art of Happiness and discover the essential pillars of happiness. Learn practical tools to develop habits that create and sustain happiness in your life, every day, all the time.

This course is based on the Harvard course Managing Happiness and the book Happy for No Reason by Marci Shimoff.
