Prioritizing Mental Health and Self-Care: An Open Conversational Workshop

In what often feels like impossible circumstances—such as a lack of time, money, or both—prioritizing mental health and self-care can seem out of reach. In this open conversational workshop, we will explore these challenges, with a focus on imposter syndrome and breaking through the stigma that self-care must be “earned.”

This is a safe space for caregivers and neurodivergent individuals to decompress, learn, share, ask questions, and experience the security of a supportive community. Additional free and cost-controlled supports and resources will be made available for those seeking extended therapy.

Facilitated by: Intuitive Life Coach Kathleen Day-Gomez

K. Day Gomez has studied and practiced life coaching since 2014, focusing on mental health & wellness, creative blocks & career direction, relationships, and mentoring. With a niche in trauma, recovery, and neurodiversity, her aim is to foster a safe space for clients to confront their obstacles from a place of authenticity, offering guided “homework” for personal development.

"I intentionally veer away from textbook, cookie-cutter formats in my coaching. I consistently challenge both outdated and trendy schools of thought that are carelessly spread across the internet and self-help books, which can be misleading and even harmful to those who find themselves lost, unbalanced, or without clear direction. My goal is to organically delve into the specific needs of each individual I work with and develop a clear outline to work through their obstacles and issues, entirely tailored to them." — K.
